用料:有骨猪扒(约500 g)4件蒜茸112汤匙,洋葱1/2个, “糖醋果汁”2汤匙,熟油1汤匙,清水100g。

腌料:食粉2/3茶匙,水2汤匙,生粉1.5汤匙,生抽1汤匙,绍酒1茶匙,姜汁2茶匙,生油1汤匙。
